ESC PRIZE DRAW ON TWITTER

RULE 1.- PRIZE DRAWS on TWITTER

1.1. El Ser Creativo S.L., registered address in Calle Serrano 8, 2��-Izq. - 28001 Madrid, Spain (hereinafter, ESC) shall hold a draw for tickets amongst its followers on Twitter. The web-page is as follows: www.twitter.com/#!/elsercreativo, and the name (reference) is @ElSerCreativo.

1.2. Prize:

1.2.1. Prize entrance ticket: a double 'Ticket-Ticket':
On the last working day of each month from May to September, there will be a draw for a double 'Ticket-Ticket' amongst all the followers of ElSerCreativo on Twitter. The winners will be notified within the following 5 working days.

1.2.1.1. The winners of one month may not be the winners of tickets in other months, but may participate in the draw for the Gold ticket, mentioned below.

1.2.2. Prize double Gold ticket:
On the last working day of September 2011, there will be a draw for a double Gold ticket amongst the followers who have most mentioned or retweeted @ElSerCreativo from May to September 2011.

1.3. The draws shall conclude on Friday 30th September, when the Gold ticket and the Ticket-Ticket corresponding to that month shall be made.

1.4. Winners will be notified by a DM through Twitter and must contact ESC by email to [email protected], providing the following information within three working days from receiving notification:

Name and surnames of the two participants, contact telephone numbers and e-mails.

If this information is not received, another winner will immediately be designated, who will have to follow the same procedure. And so forth.


RULE 2.- PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE DRAWS

2.1. Participation in the draws implies the participant's express acceptance of these Rules.

2.2. Participants must meet the following requisites:

2.2.1. Be an individual (not a corporation).

2.2.2. Age over sixteen (16).

2.3. The following persons may not participate in the draws:

2.3.1. Employees of ESC, or their relatives up to the second-degree.

2.3.2. Corporations and any other public or private institutions.

ESC does not take responsibility for email replies from winners that are not received due to loss, delay, connection failure, communication failure, electronic failure or for any reason beyond the control of ESC.


RULE 3.- DECISION

3.1. ESC will publish the result of the draws during the 5 working days following the conclusion of each period, through "ElSerCreativo" on Twitter.

3.2. ESC reserves the right o publish a photo of the winner and use his/her name for possible communications and public relations purposes.


RULE 4.- REGULATIONS OF THE "DRAW"

4.1. To be a winner of a "draw" depends solely on the participant: you must be follower of ESC on Twitter and/or mention @ElSerCreativo on Twitter during the period of the draw.

4.2. Final winners of the draws must collect their prize from the head office of ESC.
